Quinta da Chocapalha

Fermentation took place for 18 days at low temperatures in French oak barrels. After fermentation, the wine aged in the same barrels in contact with the fine lees for 9 months with “batonnage”.

Great color intensity. Excellent balance, good acidity and minerality. A very elegant, fresh wine with a long finish.
